At lakshmisweets.online, we take great care in preparing and packing every sweet. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow strict hygiene-based return and refund policies.
1. Returns & Exchange
Opened or tampered packs cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.
If the pack is unopened and intact, you may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
Exchanges are valid only for products of equal value and subject to quality inspection by lakshmisweets.online staff.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or handover.
10% processing charge will be deducted on all cancellations.
Balance will be refunded within 2 working days to the same payment method used on lakshmisweets.online.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds (where applicable) are initiated within 2 business days after approval.
Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment used on lakshmisweets.online.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided if:
The pack has been opened or partially consumed.
The complaint is raised after 2 days of delivery.
Product was damaged due to improper handling after handover
